		<description>should be screwed on my tv had a stand which came off with about 8 screws underneath or maybe the one you got just simply isnt removable &amp; is a permanent fixture.</description>

Sounds like Neon Tvs are non removeable bases  ?? 
Has it got wall mounts ??   
If not ...   No more nails  ?? 
I dont think the warranty guys would approve trying to remove plaster before they get to the screws !!</description>

		<description>I have just done this today on a Samsung LCD.
I think it possible you may have overlooked this instruction in your manual.
If not I would imagine that if you went online and asked the makers they could explain the method they adopt.
Also try the dealers or seller.</description>
