alright so i’m trying to buy a new LCD tv on the internet . and there’s 2 tv’s that i got on my mind and i compared them at best buy.com . and i looked at the contrast ratio and 1 says
15,000:1 dynamic and the other 1 which has 15,000:1. which is better ?

There’s no way to tell. The manufacturers use different definitions and test metghids for contrast ration. So comparing numbers is meaningless.

Am I missing something here? Your question has both TVs listed at 15,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio! If that is true, then neither is better; they both are the same.
